It's that they know what this program is actually doing, and they can see it — every rider they help fund has a written plan, and every partner gets a report at the end of the year showing what was set out, what was spent, and what the kid actually accomplished.

There's a practical side too. Our Pathways program is training the next generation of mechanics, fabricators, event staff, and media people — in an industry that is short on all of them. And our camps put top professional racers and coaches in front of riders and families, which is a room worth being in. Several of our partners host pathway students, and more than one has hired out of it.
