Six Ways In
Whether your kid has never touched a clutch, is chasing a national number, or would rather run the event than ride in it, there's a lane here — and every one of them is built to send a better person home than the one who showed up.
Program 1
Skill Camps
Our monthly skill camps are the core of what we do. Each camp takes a small group of riders and works through a focused progression with hands-on coaching from start to finish — not an open ride day with an adult standing nearby.
Riders are grouped by ability, given specific drills, corrected in real time, and asked at the end of the day to tell us what worked and what didn't. Learning to assess your own performance honestly is a skill we coach as deliberately as cornering.
Select camps bring in top professional racers and coaches to work with riders directly — a small group, a full day, and feedback straight from someone competing at the highest level of the sport.

Program 2
Trackside Academy
Trackside Academy is a homeschool program that runs the school day through the sport. Riders complete their academic work in a structured morning block, then move to on-track training in the afternoon under TWK coaches — with the riding documented as physical education and athletics credit.
The structure is the point. A kid who spends the morning accountable for their schoolwork and the afternoon accountable for their bike starts to notice it's the same skill. Most of them figure that out faster than the adults expect.
Program 3
Elite Rider Program
Each season TWK selects riders competing at the regional and national level and backs them completely — so the ceiling on their season is their own work, not their family's budget.
Every elite rider starts the year with a written season plan: goals, the event schedule, the equipment budget, and the training blocks between races. Support includes bike support, race entries, travel support, coaching, and mentorship.
A few of them may build a career in this sport. All of them are learning to set a long-range goal, build a plan to reach it, and stay with it through the months where nothing feels like progress.

Program 4
School District Partnerships
We work with school districts to build motorsports into athletics and PE programming — with real curriculum, qualified coaching, documented safety protocols, and the same accountability any other sanctioned sport carries.
For a lot of students, it's the first program that ever made school feel like it was about them.
Program 5
Rider Scholarships
The tools this sport runs on are expensive, and that's the single biggest reason kids who want it never get it. Every TWK program has scholarship spots built into it.
Families apply, a committee reviews, and awards go out as grants — paid directly toward gear, fees, entries, or tuition rather than as cash, and paired with a written plan for the rider's year.
You don't need to be a standout rider. You need a kid who wants this and a budget that won't stretch to it.

Program 6
Pathways
Riding is one way into this sport. It isn't the only one, and for a lot of young people it isn't the right one.
Our Pathways program lets a young person choose a direction — mechanic, team management, media and announcing, event promotion, or athlete representation — and then builds real experience around that choice through mentorship, coursework, and working roles at actual TWK events.
