We need people who can coach, wrench, run a gate, drive a trailer, or handle the paperwork nobody else wants. We especially need working professionals — mechanics, team managers, announcers, promoters, and media people — willing to mentor a pathway student. What we need most are adults who'll hold a kid to a standard and help them meet it.
